Once the right home loan product has been chosen, your Mortgage Broker will handle the finer details of the application process. From preparing paperwork to managing lender requirements, we take care of the small details so you can enjoy a smoother, stress-free experience.

Once your Mortgage Broker has gathered and reviewed all required supporting documents, your application will be submitted to the lender for assessment. We will then manage the process through to approval, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Once your application has been approved, we will notify you and guide you through the next steps. If you have already secured a property, we will request any remaining documents required for settlement. If you are still searching for the right property, we will be ready to support you when the time comes.

Once all conditions have been satisfied, you will receive your final loan approval. At this stage, you can review and sign the required loan documents, bringing you one step closer to settlement.

Once the loan funds have been made available for your property purchase, your Solicitor will coordinate the settlement date and time with the lender. Once the funds are transferred and settlement is complete, the property officially becomes yours — congratulations, you’re now a homeowner!
